Refunds and Exchanges Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase FireFly Wear will accept an EXCHANGE for another garment or return for STORE CREDIT. Unless special arrangements have been made in advance with FireFly Wear, We do not offer refunds, only exchange or credit.
– Domestic exchanges/returns must be made within 14 days from when the package was sent to the customer, per the date on the shipping label.
– International exchanges/returns must be made within 20 days from when the package was sent to the customer, per the date on the shipping label.
-To be eligible for an exchange/return, garments must be in original, unworn condition.
– You may return a garment for any reason and receive store credit in the amount of your purchase.
– You may use your store credit within 90days from your marked return date. Credit IS transferable.
– Only online orders may be exchanged/returned through FireFlyWear.com
– You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging/returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
– Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

- No scents or odors

- No rips or tears
- No other signs of being worn
- All original packaging must be included

Please note, there will be absolutely no exchanges accepted on sale items, underwear and swimwear.
